The Order Process
Below you can find a visual representation of how the order process works at HIPC.
Enquiry
First point of contact through either the website or call your nearest office for advice on presentation packaging requirements, Catalogues and line drawings of the products are available to download from the website.
Consultation
Once you have established contact with HIPC one of our representatives can meet you in person to show further samples of our products and a variety of covering and lining to enable you to make a considered choice for your bespoke packaging.
Sampling
Once you have chosen the products that you require HIPC have the capability to make a finished sample in our factory before commencing production this normally takes 2-3 weeks. *FREE sample service available.
Costs and Quotations
Once the samples have been approved our Head office will submit a quotation for customer approval before manufacturing any orders.
Production
Once an order has been confirmed it would be processed to our Head office in Hanoi were they would check all material stocks before confirming a shipping date. Production of products normally takes 4-6 weeks.
Shipping
Depending on which part of the world you are ordering from we generally use two methods of shipping Sea container as this is the most cost-effective way of receiving your goods approximately 4-6 weeks delivery Airfreight / UPS / FEDEX goods back this does reduce the time scale to around 1-2 weeks but this is an additional cost.
